FINASSET S.A. is a corporates management company founded in Luxembourg in 2007. It's main focus is on the strategical advices and business development projects.
This includes, but is not limited to, the coordination of the management of clinical data and scientific, technical and strategic informations as well as intellectual property related to the products range of Eumedica. She is also responsible for the marketing and medical supervision of distributors of Eumedica’s products range.

FINASSET S.A. has a board of directors composed of three members and is also employing three persons working in the company's offices in Luxembourg.

In 2016, FINASSET S.A. acquired offices in a new building near the city center, where it has established its headquarters and is now operating.

Jacques Merckx is an entrepreneur and founder of BELPHARMA SA and EUMEDICA, an independent and international player in the pharmaceutical industry aiming to ensure the continuity of medical care.

He has over 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and built across the years a network of excellence in the different areas of manufacturing, logistic, distribution, marketing, scientific and alliance management.
His areas of expertise also include strategic planning, as well as people, team and project management.

Cyrille Vallée has over 20 years of experience in the administration of Luxembourg companies held by private investors, international private equity and real estate funds.
His areas of expertise include accounting, financial controlling and analysis, company management as well as the monitoring of all corporate and legal matters.

Stefan Arts is an independent tax advisor and renders tax services to international companies and (stock listed) multinationals. He’s the founding partner of TaxSArts, an independent international tax consultancy firm incorporated in 1999 and operating from Luxembourg.
